Glue issues on Neverfull

Has anyone had this kind of issue with their Neverfulls? My bag is under 2 years old. Any advice? What's their warranty policy? TIA!

Wow. That’s weird. Can’t understand why glue would start oozing out after having the bag for almost 2 years.

I guess walk into a store and see what they have say.

Was it stored in heat humidity climate. Stored inside a closet or box. It seems like something caused the glue to melt and the only thing. Can think of is high heat. My one friend many years ago kept her purse in the car trunk in Florida and she had some melting of the glue, in the handles. It was a leather purse.
