Has anyone had a problem with the glazing peeling on a relatively new bag? If you die, what was the outcome?


My husband gifted me a mini Desiree in March, and I noticed today that some of the glazing on the strap is peeling. I will contact BV to see if they can repair it, but I was curious if anyone else has had this issue.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your bag. While I don't have personal experiences to share, it's not uncommon for glazing to peel on bags over time. Contacting BV for repair or reaching out to their customer service would be the best course of action to address the problem and explore potential solutions.

I will be contacting BV for a resolution, but was curious if anyone else has experienced a similar issue on a relatively new bag. I don’t think it’s common for the glaze on a bag only a few months old to peel.
