Glazing melted on damier azur speedy handles...

Hi everyone! I took out my damier azur speedy and noticed that the handles had melted and some of the glue was on the canvas. Did you guys ever had this problem? What did LV do? Were you able to get store credit?
Any help is greatly appreciated

I have an old azur speedy and haven’t had this problem. Your best bet is to contact your SA or take it to the store for assessment.

I have not had that happen with any speedy's I've owned. But I do recommend you take it in to LV and have them look at it.

I was actually surprised myself...I have a damier ebene speedy that’s much older than this and no issues whatsoever..

The first thing I would do is take a thousand photographs from every angle!

I do not know if its the same thing but I have experienced this "melting" with the handle of my MM Neverfull DE. My SA said it is also something that they have not seen before and asked me if I tend to touch the handle right after using hand sanitizer. Anyways, they took it in for repair (replacement of handles) for free.
