Givenchy Nightingale: Did I buy a fake?

Hello-

I haven't yet received the bag I bought on eBay, but I'm getting worried that I purchased a fake. All of the other Givenchy bags that I'm seeing online have "Givenchy" on the interior and not the signature "G". I'm not a bag expert or an eBay expert, but I am concerned because I know I won't enjoy the bag if it's a fake. Do you think I fell for a bad deal?
