Givenchy mascara

Has anyone tried out the Givenchy Phenomen Eyes mascara? Is it good or just a pr thing?

Oh it is DARN GOOD! I used this once and could not put on my glasses afterward, it looked and felt like i had on falsies!

I just started using it yesterday and I definately have to practice using the strange brush. Hopefully I'll figure it out soon enough. One thing I noticed is that one eye seems to come out better than the other :weird:

I have it but you really have to master using that wand (and it helps if you kind of roll it around at the top of the tube to remove some of the excess mascara) to avoid clumps and smearing it on your eyelids. I like it but for the price I'll never buy it again.. there are plenty of other mascaras that can do the job just as well.

It's great. You have to get used to the brush a little.
However, it smudges after some wear AND for that price I have found that DiorShow Blackout did the exact same thing with less smudge and less time to put on....

So I wouldn't buy again

Oh I hate when it smudges.... Love the Diorshow mascara, they are the best!

yeah, i was gonna say that the brush is really nice but the formula is below par.

tbh, i like dior show blackout and covergirl lashblash the best.

awww thanks chburashka! i have indeed reviewed it, and like others mentioned, it's decent but the formula could definitely be better, especially for the price. phenomen'eyes just never quite seemed to fully dry on my lashes.

I've tried it, but it smudged and clumped really easily. That was a few years ago, so maybe they improved the formula.

I found the review very useful. Your lashes got pretty nice! I think I´ll give it a try! Love to try out new mascaras with a twist. I´m using the Lancome Oscillation mascara for the moment, it´s pretty good.
