I think if you didn’t buy it through them (Givenchy) they can’t help you, but if you bought it in any of the high end retail stores they will. If this is second hand, I think you are your own.Would they help even if it wasn’t purchased directly from Givenchy?

Try explaining to 24S first and show pics of clean bag inside evidencing it's not worn yet. If they resist, consider asking for store credit if that is acceptable to you. If not, a Givenchy boutique would at least advise you, after taking in the bag for review, even if not purchased from them directly (show your 24s receipt). It may come back to be free of charge to fix, if deemed defective, or there's a cost involved. You decide if you want to pay it. The latter is a worst case scenario post Givenchy boutique review...Would they help even if it wasn’t purchased directly from Givenchy?
