It’s hard to tell since there isn’t a photo of the bottom of the bag and the inside where the clasps are on the sides to link the shoulder strap. Also, I have seen these totes in person and they say that it’s made in Italy but this one says it’s made in Romania. Not sure if the medium totes are made in the same country as the small totes.
