I must say, lately it seems like excellent customer service is more of an exception than a general rule. It's very unfortunate that our society tolerates sub-par service when we all have a choice to bring our business and monies somewhere else where it's appreciated.

I just received a Michele Diamond Deco watch from Topper Jewelers today. I am sooo very impressed with their service! I have spent quite some time researching online for the best price out there and eventually chose Topper Jewelers as recommended by the SR from the official Michele website. Mind you, I have already made several out of state phone calls for price comparison shopping and I found out TJ has the most selection of Michele watches in stock and they gave me a 20% discount off retail plus an additional patent strap for free. I was supposed to receive the watch Monday but I explained no one will be home then to sign for it. Without hesitation, Allie processed my order for overnight delivery - FREE OF CHARGE! Wow, I am truly blown away by this merchant. Allie and Irena are truly superb proffessional customer service reps for TJ - under promise and over deliver.

And oh, BTW the watch is incredibly beautiful! My heart skipped a thousand beats at first sight!

I believe consumers should patronise those companies whose best interests are with their customers.

I have heard great things about Toppers Jewelers. I am glad you had a great experience with them. It is so hard to find good customer service these days.

Hello! I finally got DH to take the photos and help me post them :-)

My oh so favorite Rolex comes with black MOP custom face with two-tone stainless steel bracelet. The original face was gold with stick markers :-(
Boring!

And here is the Michele Deco Day I got from Topper's! I thought the patent strap is more versatile than the S/S bracelet. I love this watch!

I bought my P. Steins straps from them...got it tax free , free shipping and 15% off from Irena (too!). I wish dh bought my PS watch from them too. They're highly recommended...will definitely buy my next watch with them.

I posted a new photo of my Rolex. The previous pix was kinda crummy and blurry.

A little segue, does anyone remember Tag Heuer Sports Elegance (older model)? I think TG has come out with a more contemporary model quite similar to this one. I came so close to selling it on e-bay but it's emotional value prevailed! I just couldn't part with it. Buying this watch in early 90's marked the beginning of my guilty shopping pleasures :-)
