Looks like the rya wash. You can buy them online directly from their website... not sure of which style according to the back pockets shown on their website. GL!

They are really old, she's been wearing them since '05. They are called Joe's Credence Twiggy jeans. I tried looking for them online, but I don't think they are available anymore. Here is the link on Celebrity Style Guide:
