Hello,please help me decide between these 2 bags I picked

Paul's Boutique Maisy Bag - made from PVC

(the price is almost the same)

I cannot decide which one to buy.I am looking for an everyday bag that would match an office dress,a suit, a bag I could carry in the afternoon at a cafe.Even if I'm young,I mostly wear classic pieces, but I sometimes switch to jeans and tops.
I wanted to buy the Paul's Boutique one first, but I somehow thought it looked cheap and childish...what do you think?Which one would you pick based on the looks mostly?

im a fan of leather! so the 2nd one.

I prefer the second one. Patent leather is so hard to keep clean, and I don't like the looks of smudges on patent.
