Ghost Whisperer -- what happened in the premiere??

Can anybody tell me exactly what happened in Ghost Whisperer last night? Or how to download the episode? The website doesn't have it available and it's not on on itunes or anywhere. Am desperate to find out what happened! I've never missed an episode and had to miss last night's -- my daughter and I are addicted!

She watches Numb3rs after that -- and it is available for download. Weird!
