I have both and I would also vode for the Marmont. The Mini Lou is easy to grab when you just need to run out the door, but is smaller than the Gucci. The Gucci is more of a general-purpose small purse, I would say.

gucci! i have the same one in black and it's such a great day-to-night bag and holds sooooo much stuff. I don't think the lou is as versatile a bag.

I was wandering the same. I really like that ysl leather is pretty indestructible, on the other hand gucci is slightly bigger and it makes a world of difference. But also heard about gucci having problem with logo after a while. How do you like both colors?

I do love the blush shade of Gucci, it’s just so pretty however I do not have a beige bag in my collection so it’s tough. Would definitely want a bag that fits my sunglasses so I guess leaning towards Gucci, I also like the toy Lou Lou of YSL.. tough choice

I would go for the one you know would work for you best rather than the one that you're missing.

I like the Gucci M overall, but I do adore the YSL tassel - cute

i would also pick the toy loulou if you had to choose between the two! it's so freakin cute and looks good with both a leather strap or a metal chain.

Both! I recently bought both at the same time. I had the mini marmont before and returned it but couldn't get it out of my head. Then the mini Lou got stuck in there too so I bought both. The mini marmont is slightly taller the mini Lou slightly wider. Both for me are strictly going out bags where I need card case, phone and keys and that's it. Neither fit much at all to be an every day bag for me.
