Hm, I say go for the Sandstone Matelasse bc I'm thinking a Steel city would be easier to find if you were to want it back again, or a color color close to it at least.

I agree. You have more than 1 green so I think it makes sense to sell one of those instead.

If not, I agree with Powder - it may be nicer to just enjoy the one matelesse instead of having 2 of them.
