    Hi,

I have recently setup an online consignment store and I have been getting alot of bags. I have received three fakes to my extreme annoyance but I feel it's only the start. Is it possible I can get my bags authenticated with a group for a fee and perhaps include it in my costs.

Or I can insist all customers wanting to sell there bags on the site go to this team! Whatever works really. I just cannot believe the level the fakes are at and I recognise that I'm not going to know every bag! It's frightening! Also the dishonest people out there, wow! Karma!

I am only up and running 2.5 ******Not allowed to advertise! Read the rules please!*****

Thanks a million for all your help and love the site. Thanks Sandra

    Hi,

I have recently setup an online consignment store that specialises in high end designer items. I have been getting quite a few bags recently, four of which were fake. Extremely good fakes may I add! I think it's only the start of it really! The website is only two and half months old.

To cut to the chase, I recognise that I'm not going to be able to spot every single fake so I was wondering if it would be possible to get these items authenticated by a team for a fee. I can either insist my customers go to this team or I can do it myself and include the fee perhaps in the costs.

I cannot get over the amount of dishonest people out there! Karma! Or maybe the recession has driven people this way!

    xxxxxx
    Thanks again...Sandra

    Hello,
There is no advertising permitted, so if you can edit your link you should delete it.

There are paid authentication services out there, and they are discussed in this forum if you do a Search. Of course, soliciting members here for authentications would be against rules as well.

  5. Hello,

I answered you in the other forum. TPF does not allow duplicate posting.

There are paid authentication services discussed on the forum; do a Search.

  6. Hi All,

I'm new and I'm looking for a company that provides authenticating services?

Can anyone direct me to these people or companies? I've searched and nothing is coming up. Thanks Sandra
