I bought a silk scarf from the Gucci onlinestore 4 weeks ago. It arrived a week later. Sadly the Gucci name tag was lose on one side and I send it back the day after. So far I haven't heard from Gucci back that the retour arrived or anything. I just got a "thank you for shopping with us"-mail.
Now it's over 3 weeks that I returnt the package. I ever tried to mail them twice but I haven't gotten an answer yet...
Can you please help me what to do?? I am really worried and desperate!

I tried to find a phonenumber but there isn't one on the German side, I emailed them 3 times already

Are you in Germany? I ordered a bag (also from Germany) and sent it back because it was too small for my liking. A week later I got an e-mail that my bag had arrived. This is the address it was sent from: [email protected]. On my invoice was a phone number: +39 055 7592 3333. Did you send your package by UPS? There's a tracking number on the receipt.

Yeah I am from Germany and I send it by Ups. There was a return ticket in the box which I used. The woman at the post station even told me it will be picked up the same day! Thanks for the number, I'll try and call them!

I hope you got through. I think you should email them so you have a written record of all your attempts to contact as evidence.
