I had a member contact me recently about someone from China using my pictures to sell something - I was SO floored. And apparently Ebay could care less about that, even though that's a clear misrepresentation of the item for sale and deceiving to the buyer -unreal....

I agree with you, they seem to have a buyer beware approach to their business. It's too bad because there are great sellers on there that get stereotyped with the bad ones.
