ok so I have always wanted a garnet heart ring. My mom bought me a little cheap one when I was a pre-teen and I LOVED it. It even hung a little and I just really loved it but one day is just disappeared and it broke my heart. So I've been kind of looking out for one ever since.

and I like it but I'm just not sure. Price wise I really want to stay under $100 and I don't care about gold or silver. The thing is is that I am new to this whole jewelry thing and I'd love some help maybe looking for a ring similar to that one. Since everyone here is a million times more experienced in jewelry shopping I'd just love a little help in this hunt for a simply silver (or white gold) garnet heart ring.

First, I like it. Second, Kohls has that same ring for $160 ( I think), and I think the price you found is great for it being white gold too. Since you asked about help looking for other ones for comparison:

Well the one you posted first is a GREAT deal (it's normally $350 at kohls) and its white gold (low maintenance) and has a few diamonds.
The last one I posted is a really pretty design, the stone is much larger, and it's even less expensive, but it is silver. Not that would stop me, but it's something to consider, as would be the stone size. 3/4ct vs 2.25 ct and how big a stone you really want.

yeah I think I have to agree with you. Plus the overstock one just clearly looks better. I really think I'm going to get the overstock one. It looks nicer, the quality looks nicer, and its overall real (stones and all) and apparently its a great deal lol plus its exactly what I'm looking for. having the comparisons you posted (which thank you so much) really put in perspective for me how good of a deal it really is
