Well, at the end of the day, both are incredibley cruel but fur is crueler. The animal is killed for its fur, and fur only, and in horrific conditions; usually skinned alive. whereas standard calf leather etc is a by product of the already existing meat industry. Again, still cruel because it's also in horrific conditions but fur is on a whole other level. That is my impression of it anyway!
