Frye Engineer 8R Boots ~ What size??

I normally wear 7.5 in most shoes but I am 7 in Fiorentini + Baker boots and sometimes an 8 in certain flats. But 99% I am a 7.5. I also have very narrow feet.

What size would I probably be in the Frye Engineer 8R boots? I am a 7 in the Harness boots but I know that doesn't mean I would be the same in the Engineers. How do these run?

In general engineer boots run half to a full size smaller; harness run half a size larger. I have both. I wear a 5.5 and 6 for harness, and 6.5 for engineer (I'm a 6), although i do put a insole in the harness 6. If you sometimes wear a 8 you should at least go a half size up your normal size, because the engineer boots are very tight at the ankle. Hope this helps.

i would get the same size. if you can try zappos and order them in two size so you can return them easily.
