Frustration with Tiffany & Co.

Hello,

I don't know if anyone can recommend me any advice over here. I have purchase the same 2 items from Tiffany 5 times. I bought the same exact items FIVE times! It always come scratched. I visited all the stores around me, and they were not in stock, they had to order it for me. Every time I received the items, it is always scratched. The charm of the bracelet is scratched. The Diamond by Yard ring setting is uneven and scratched. I contacted CS, and they will say they will look into it. Does anyone have any SA that can help me or know how to purchase online better? I haven't shopped at Tiffany since last Nov, and I feel like the quality has gone down hill.

The bracelet is the round heart charm bracelet. From the way, it shines I could tell that it was already polished thoroughly before it was sent, but the scratches are still on the charm. This really saddens me because I had an eye out for these items for my birthday (which already has passed).
