Hi, I ordered the monogram sneakers and was unsure of what size to get . I was unsure whether to order a 35.5 or 36 because I have never had Louis Vuitton shoes . I don’t live near a store and read they run big . I ended up ordering a 35.5 and my order got canceled so a 36 popped up so I ordered that because the 35.5 wasn’t available and am waiting for those to arrive but now there is 35.5 available again and am wondering if I should order those too and return the one that doesn’t work .

Hi, I ordered the monogram from Louis Vuitton .com and received them today. When I opened them to try them on I found they were laced up too the second holes and the gold pieces that say Louis that the laces go though at the top are not in the holes at the top but are hanging on one side of the laces
. Is this normal I thought that that would be something that would not come out . In all other shoes that’s part of shoe .

This is wrong..I have these shoes and the gold piece should be in the hole above attached to the shoes like the black rings..
Thanks i didn’t think it was right. I just received them today. I will call costumer service tomorrow. First pair of luxury sneakers. I hope they don’t think I did it because that’s how they arrived. I am disappointed this happened because I have been wanting these and was really excited to receive them. I hope I can exchange an non defective pair .
Hi, problem solved drove 2 hours to nearest store and they luckily had my size like the online in store finder said and they happily exchanged
