Front row trainers

I picked up the white leather trainers last week and they squeak! Well just the left in particular, I have worn them 3 times and it doesn’t matter if they are loosely tied or no, it squeaks! Any suggestions how to stop the squeak?

My trainers are still squeaking! I have worn them about 8 times and they still squeak. I think it could be the leather tongue friction against the inside of the leather lacing section.
I have contacted LV and they say to bring them into store to see if they are repairable or not. Are they going to say they are defective? I really want the shoes not for them to be defective ☹️
