Hey,
Just wanted to advise you to use the Apple leather cleaner lightly- that is really just to remove stains and can darken it (as it did to my brand new galleria pm- I had the same issue the brass started catching dust and started looking as if it had dirt on the vachetta due to it, a lot worse then your situation). I think you would be good with just applying the apple conditioner and spray.
