Free LVs a myth or reality?

I remember a PFer's story - sirenized- who had really horrible service (the SA actually checked her bag without her permission to check if it was fake, cause she saw the purseket) while she was checking to see if she liked the Azur Speedy 25 better than the 30. She said to that SA to hold on to the 30 while she checked the 25, and the SA ended up selling the 30 to another customer. She complained to customer service and they were so apologetic that they sent her the Azur 30 free :yes:

It's definitely not true even though we all want it to be true! HAH!
Don't think I will ever live to see thaaaaaat day come...hmm, maybe when LV starts having seasonal sales like Guccis and Chanels. But I kinda like it the way it is.

not an urban legend i am the proof, but i'm sure it has to be an extreme case of poor customer service, as mine was. I am sure if it werent for the video i wouldn't have gotten the bag as a a courtesy "we're sorry"
