fraying stiches?

on my white kelly double tour the stitches are fraying.. is this normal??? I bought it two weeks ago..

Looks terrible and like the craftsman failed to wax the linen thread before stitching.

You should definitely take it back, it will help them trace the root of the problem.

I guess it's no harm to try. For only 2 weeks, it's totally not acceptable for such quality!
