I use loreal natural buff foundation(liquid and powder) i love it. I like to buy foundation slightly darker than my natural skin tone just to get a a tanner look(not orange) lol However I have trouble when it comes to my neck. If i dont cover it the color difference if evident and if i do for some reason it the color doesnt look right on my neck i think my neck is lighter in color does anyone have any suggestions

Yeah, this is tricky for sure. What I would suggest is getting foundation matched to your skin tone as closely as possible, rather than a foundation that is slightly darker. You can then get a tanner look with bronzer. Or, another idea would be to try self-tanning products.
