What can you say about this Ring? Is this a Gemstone? Emerald, tourmaline, other?

Hard to tell from a picture, but my guess would be aquamarine?

It does look like it could be tourmaline. Are you able to make out the other stamps? They can tell you what country, year made and maker.

hmm yeah it does look like a blue-green tourmaline...possibly a low-quality emerald.

The cheapest way to find out would be to take it to a pawn shop and pretend you want to pawn it, however they might downgrade to pay less, a friendly jeweler might be more helpful
