Hi Everyone,
I finally got a hold of the Pre-Fall Blue Python Reissue I was looking for! I have yet to see it in real life. I wont be able to see it in real life until it is sent to my friend in another state and then brought to California (due to the ban on python). It is the last one in the whole country. I am so exited BUT I just spoke with my SA and he told me the following.
1. The bag is prefect on the outside. The leather and chains are in pristine condition.
2. BUT there are a few marks in the inside. Marks meaning indintations from the chain and kind of like scrath marks because the leather is so soft. :wondering
My SA is super professional and sweet and I appreciate him letting me know. He wants to make sure I am going to be 100% happy and he asked what I would like to do. He suggested the following...
1. It will be sent to Chanel for a fix but it will take a few months.
2. Can't look for another one since its the last one in the whole United States.
He wants me to let him know what can be done for me to be happy about the bag.
I am not sure what to do...I have a few Chanel bags which I bought a few years ago so the price was way different as you all know. For the $$$ spent on this bag I would want it perfect but its the last one. I need your expertise and advice on how to proceed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
