Apologies if this is a dumb question or someone else already asked something similar a while back and I just didn't see it.
Yesterday I stopped by a Neiman Marcus Chanel location that's about to transition to Chanel-owned and got this really neat iridescent pink O-case from 19P (pics will be going up soon in the Nov 2020 purchase thread!). When I got home last night, I discovered it had two authenticity cards inside--one that belonged with it and one that definitely didn't!! The O-case is 27 series and the "extra" card is 29 series, so I don't know at what point it got put in there with the other one.
I live an hour and a half away, so I can't just stop back by and drop the card off--I'm hoping to get back down there again later this month, but ideally I'd rather not hold onto it that long. The SA who helped me told me that all of their inventory is about to be shipped back to Chanel as part of the transition, so if the item it belongs with is still there, I guess it's not going to be there much longer. Do you think Chanel or Neiman Marcus is the one to call to figure out what to do with it? Or the SA herself? Any ideas are definitely appreciated!!
