7 Nov - I bought a bag online
12 Nov - requested a return label via email (they have switched off their auto online returns system)
13 Nov - I am told they are short staffed and to wait for up to 10 days to receive a return label
19 Nov - I finally receive a label and they arrange an automatic pick up but can’t tell me which day and the DPD tracking number is void until the parcel is collected
23 Nov - DPD turn up and take the parcel (luckily my mum was home)
26 Nov - I check tracking to see that it was delivered back to Forzieri
27 Nov - they confirm receipt after yet another email to them
11 Dec - still no refund actioned and I am told they will escalate it to a manager

Please do not order from them unless you are sure you want to keep the item. Their returns processing is awful.
