Hi ladies,

I know it's not directly related to Mulberry but I thought some of you might be interested in the article I just found :)

http://www.graziadaily.co.uk/2015/06/emma-hill-mulberry-new-line-hill-and-friends-georgia-fendley

Emma Hill will be back and launch her own accessoiry brand which will debut at LFW this year with the first look at the SS 2016 collection, together with former Mulberry brand director Georgia Fendley.

To be honest, I'm very excited about the new plans Emma has. I love her style and sense of creating ( I know a lot of ladies here are biased about her, so sorry for my excitement )

I wonder if her brand has to start way cheaper than Mulberry price range right now, as it's not established enough. I hope she will keep her classy yet twisted sense, creating affordable yet high quality accessories, bags and small leather goods.

Anyone else excited to see what comes?

Oh yes, I'm excited about this. [emoji4] Hopefully she will do some nice bags (as I'm not so interested in clothing).
Thank you for sharing the article. [emoji4]

Glad to see this finds interest :) I'll keep you updated!

Shh...don't tell anyone but I'm probably more excited about the clothes than about the bags. I know I'll still 'stick' to Mulberry because I'm more familiar with it and you can't beat signature styles like the post man's lock, but I'm very excited about the clothing. I loved Emma's designs, as they were girly with ruffles and frills and twists. Personally I can't justify spending 200 pounds on a blouse, so I hope it will be in the section of Ted Baker or Reiss pricewise.

I'll keep you updated!

Am looking forward to seeing the fruits of her labour. I miss her bag designs. The newer stuff for me just doesn't float my boat. Had a quick peak at the Roxette at the weekend and was so underwhelmed I didn't even go in the shop just looked in the window and walked past. Ended up ogling at a Hermes and a McQueen instead, both of which made me a bit excited, then I saw the price and realised why I need to stay on the sofa for a long while. ;)

This is really interesting! I'm really looking forward to see their work! It was at Hill's time in the Mulberry when I get interested in the brand in the first place.

Hi all, not been on here for a while but this looks really interesting there's some more info here http://www.businessoffashion.com/articles/bof-exclusive/bof-exclusive-making-hill-and-friends-2

It's nice to see that the bags will be made in Somerset. The packaging looks really fun cannot wait to see the bags very exciting. You can also sign up for updates on their website.

Thank you Bagstar for this amazing article!

I love the insight it gives, but still hoping to see better prices...at least the will place them under the 1000 gbp mark so this is a good beginning.

Also seems like they work with construct london wich is one of my favorite agencies - they (re)branded Mulberry. Can't wait for september!

Very very interesting I'm very excited and also curious as to the price point! After her departure I've drifted away from mulberry hmmm [emoji16]
