Forever21 doing the red sole? Eeeek!

Louboutin was not the first designer to use red soles. Cesare Pacioti was doing it much earlier. That said, those Forver21 shoes are hideous with our without red soles.

Forever 21 is not new to this type of knock off behavior. They got in major hot water for Seven for all Man Kind jeans, LAMB look alike sweaters and other stuff. Bleh!

Gross. You can't sue a design, but you can sue a print - that's what Anna Sui, LAMB, and I believe Chloe were able to fight about. Other designer brands that were also suing (or threatening)... DVF, Marc Jacobs, Seven, CK

Plus one on Cesare, he was on board before Monsieur.

No, the red certainly isn't copyrighted (cannot, it's an actual COLOR that cannot belong to anyone), but what is ENGRAVED on that red makes all the difference, no? ;)

ew. this is gross. they reek of cheapness anyways, and its so obvious they aren't louboutins. anyone who wears these would appear to be wearing fake louboutins anyways.. they look almost like the ysl tributes as well, just without the T-strap.. sigh. just no. i dislike xxi anyhoos.

Eww, that is disgusting!!!

Forever 21 jocks off of everything. You know they are trying to aim for the Louboutin look.

Whatever, they will never be Louboutin quality.

I've talked to Msr. Louboutin's Director of Communications, Shawna Rose, about this previously and she said that they have trademarked the red sole, that's why they stopped making the baby blue soled wedding shoes - so he has trademarked the red, maybe it's just his shade of red?
