For those with sisters do you often share outfits?

Okay, I grew up with just a brother, so I never got to experience life with a sister. However, one thing I noticed growing up was how my mom and sister would often share clothing growing up. My aunt had lived close by and often my mom would borrow her clothes, and my aunt would borrow her clothes. Now back in Christmas 1985, my aunt had gotten a full-length cross fox fur coat and that drove my mother crazy who had spent years nagging my dad for a full-length fox fur coat. I will never forget the second my aunt came in wearing a full-length cross-fox fur coat the jealous look on my moms face. I remember my mom would beg my aunt like crazy to let her borrow her coat and she would let her borrow it sometimes. I also remember back in January of 1986 when my parents went out to a fancy restaurant with my aunt and uncle and another couple that was a friend of my mom and dad and my mom was the only woman there without a full-length fox fur coat, and I remember her coming home complaining to my dad about how when they went to the coat check how embrassing it was when her sister and her friend got to pick up their full length foxes she had to get back her plain old cloath coat. Luckily for my mom, my dad would get her a full-length golden island fox fur coat for Christmas in 1986 and I will never forget when my mom invited my aunt over, and she saw my mom wearing her full-length golden island fox fur coat. Later on, my mom and my aunt would often borrow each other's fox fur coats. Where my mom would get my aunt's full-length cross fox fur coat for a night while my aunt would get my mom's full-length golden island fox fur coat.

I don’t have a sister, but my mom is roughly my size, only more slim, and with a fancier social life. She she borrows my stuff, and I use that to drive down my cost per wear.

My mom has three sisters, and I do have younger cousins, so a lot of stuff gets passed around, from clothes, shoes, bags, and jewelry

Nope. Different shoe and clothes sizes. Plus our style in clothes are totally different.

Yes absolutely! Although my sister is quite a good bit taller (I am very short) we are both relatively slim and have shared our things since forever. We have always been lent things from my mum who absolutely adores jewellery and we have the same shoe size. My sister also has 1/4 of my Hermes collection of bags, which I haven't carried in about 8 years due to my constant relocations around the world. She has never asked to wear my furs though. :-)

Ya, for about a year, my Aunts full-length fox was a source of envy, and my mom tried to borrow it as much as possible until my dad finally got tired of my mom nagging him for a full-length fox fur coat that he went all out and got my mom an enormous full-length golden island fox fur coat.

Sounds like a stunning coat!
No my sisters and I are very different sizes and styles so we never shared clothes.

My sister and I are very different sizes and shapes, so we don't generally share clothes. We've swapped cardigans a few times, and we also share accessories every so often. But she's not very gentle with stuff, so I'm cautious when lending to her!

I’m petite and blonde and have always worn designer wear or bespoke clothing-since about aged 16..my sister is dark and much taller and busty, much bigger built-we don’t even look alike…wears either mumsy or tomboyish clothes..

We’ve Never had either similar tastes, styles, looks or figures, so Nope, no overlap..people don’t even believe we’re related!

guess I'm the only one from a disfunctional sister relationship here....my sister lives across the country so we don't share now. growing up, she was younger and smaller. she would borrow my clothes without permission and if I wanted to wear hers she would say "you'll stretch it"

My sister and I always fought about clothes lol. So much that my mom finally moved our clothes into the main guest rooms closet so it was a communal closet
