you did the right thing. the manhattan was giving you such grief and I guess speaking to the repair guy was the nail in the coffin. so take your time and buy the bag you love and not have any hang-ups about! good luck!

I LOVE this bag but it fell apart on me!! It happened once so I took it in to be repaired and then sold it! lol The only good thing that happened was the fact that I was able to score a Mizi the day I took it in as I was on vaction and had nothing to put all my things in!!

what fell apart on it and how long had you had it before it happened? was it covered under their manufacture defect warranty or how much did you have to pay??
