For those who did 2-Jaw surgery in Korea... Where did you found the money?

I am really curious because I know that is very expensive, they charge like 20k+. The problem is that jobs where I live pay you like 600 a month. So, it will be impossible for me to have that surgery and it makes me really sad, because it's my biggest insecurity and the thing I want most in my life. Are there any ways to get a better price?

I never looked in to two jaw surgery so I don't really know for sure, but i have heard that it is one of the most complicated plastic surgery there is;( probably why it costs so much....
