Since it's black on black honestly I think it's fine.
It's also not a super recognizable logo (like Chanel or LV). Though it is getting quite popular, but I don't think it carries the same stereotypical image or impression that other recognizable logos have at the moment.

While I don’t own this bag, I agree with lill_canele, that in black on black the logo is not too much. I think it’s a pretty bag, and the saddle bag-esque shape is such a classic!
I think it looks fine. The bag is small, 7 X 6 X 3 IN (17 X 14 X 7 CM), so the logo isn't that huge either. And being the same color as the rest of the bag it looks quite clean and even, I would say, somewhat understated.
I’m not into logo at all but I just ordered this exact bag. I’ve tried it in person; the black on black makes the large logo works. Also I like that Celine’s logo is not really like a monogram so to me it doesn’t scream look at what I have. Still had the minimalist vibe with the classic bag shape.
