Hi,

Dumb question, but when your SA sends you flowers for your birthday, is it from his/her pocket or the company's? Because it sounds like a lot of their customers do get flowers as well as champagne etc. I'm wondering because I'd like to eventually get my SA something in return (like chocolates??) if he paid for the (imo) pricey bouquet of flowers he sent me. Thank you very much!

100% this would be paid for by the company. I don't work in luxury sales, rather I work in consulting, and sometimes we send flowers to our clients if they had a major life event. We could expense that through work.
Thank you so much for your reply and for sharing your knowledge! I know this is silly, but if he had used his own money, I would've also felt "pressure" to buy more things in the future. Have a lovely day, pinkrose
