Flossing !!!

LOL Megs - I wish I had your hygienist. Everyone at my office makes fun of me because I brush 3 times a day at work, but I still get in trouble for not flossing.

I generally floss once a day, after brushing (according to my hygienist, its more effective after, as brushing softens the plaque/tartar  ); usually at night.

I floss at bedtime too with J&J DentoTape before brushing.

I carry a sample size Glide floss in my handbag du jour; also I carry Doctor's Soft Touch Brush Picks along with Oral B Brush Ups....just in case. :ninja:

what's glide floss? will it hurt my teeth less? I have spent hundreds of dollars on deep cleaning and scaling for bleeding and sensitive gums but still have issues flossing.

My dentist HATES Glide floss! He says on people prone to tartar it does not remove the plaque. He recommends the Oral B Ultra Floss and I have noticed a HUGE difference since I started using that and stopped using Glide.
