I live right in between the Hermes in Miami (The design district) as well as the location in West Palm Beach, both have absolutely awful reviews online, but I take those reviews with a grain of salt. Anyone have any experiences with either of those boutiques? Or any SA's they recommend? All of my purchases have been through the Hermes website, but I would really like to build a relationship with one store or SA in particular.

I have only been to the one in Miami and I like my SA very much. Her name is Yeni, like Jenny but with a Y. She has been very sweet and helpful.
I have shopped at both. Honestly it took years for me to feel comfortable in either place, but now I love both. Miami is much closer so I go more often. Yeni and Jackie are sweethearts, but I love Jenny. In palm beach Adela has been my angel. Good luck.
