Ok I am lusting over this bag!! But there is no dooney and bourke near me. I'm so thrown on which color I should get and I really wish I could see the colors in person. I'm considering the taupe it looks beautiful on the website but I've seen some pictures on eBay and it looks really dark. Does anyone have this bag? Would it be possible to post pictures? Any help would be appreciated!

I don't have one personally, but I've seen the taupe IRL. I was planning to get one and then I saw it and it was just so/so to me. It is darker than I expected. Try looking at QVC's video of the last on-air presentation for the bag. That should give you a better idea. HTH!

Thank you!! It does look rather dark... :sad: maybe ill go with the natural

I agree; my natural florentine also got a lot darker than I expected. It's a beautiful bag, but I didn't think it would darken so much.

I debated between the Natural and Chestnut satchel for the longest time. I ended up choosing Natural. I figure I would enjoy it in that color for awhile and then it would change to nearly chestnut; the other color that I like. The best of both worlds.

I'm not sure this pic really shows much, but here is the natural hobo, chestnut pocket satchel, and black hobo. The natural used to be several shades lighter than it is now.
