Food FISH recipes, please?

just a side note~ a friend who graduated from Culinary Institute of America said fish should be marinated @ 45 mintues max!!! Because it's tender, and expecially if you use lemon juice as part of your marinade, the acid of the seasoning can easily break up the already flakey fish.

While Tilapia is a great fish, try not to have it often. It is most often farmed in undesirable waters. Unless you know that it is freshly caught or farmed in US, I would not eat Tilapia frequently. Once in a while is ok.
