First time to buy gently used LV. :)

Hello hello! Weee i'm so excited to have found a legit site here in Singapore where i can buy gently used LV's. Now, for my first test to that site, which do you think should i buy first? Milla pochette DA or mini pochette DA? :graucho: and if ever, this will be my first DA too. :amuse:

That's no good...
At least with paypal you have buyer protection and if the designer item you're buying is proven to be fake you can always file a claim and get your money back.

I wouldn't really trust the site if they're 'cash only' because they're most likely not paying taxes :nono: and they probably don't have a license to sell second hand goods.

I would be extremely cautious before handing your money over unless you get it authenticated by your SA. If they cannot meet you so your SA can verify in person, I would not do business with them.

Only the SM at LV should be asked to authenticate, not SA's. SA's don't have the same expertise as the SM, and many won't authenticate, and many can't.

But the advice to get something authenticated before buying is correct.

My SA is the repair specialist so that's why I would have mine authenticate. It certainly doesn't hurt to ask them. Thanks

I prefer the Milla, BUT this situation does not sound legitimate. I'd pass, these items are not THAT pricey relatively speaking, it's best to buy one from a LV boutique, imo. :smile:

Thank you ladies for the tip but I opt to not continue with that site, something's off. I asked the seller for additional pics and she said what you see in the pic is what you get. To me she sounded like a snob. Going to LV store is much easier only pricier. :smile:
