looking to buy the neverfull mm AGAIN (i owned it about ten years ago but returned it because the straps began to crack after just two weeks)…

question: is there still a cracking issue with the DE print!?!

which print should i go with!? :)

I love both prints and personally have the Neverfull MM DA from 12 years ago - never had the cracking issue with mine.

If I were to get it again, I would probably choose the mono as it's such a classic and timeless print!

I have both but prefer mono because the straps are softer and more comfortable . I saw a YouTube video by Lulawestluxe recently saying they are revamping the nf with thicker trim ? Maybe someone can confirm that? Anyway mono nf all the way for me!

I had all three and gave DE to my mom because she loves it so much. My favorite is the DA because it's so light and refreshing, and when the vachetta honeys a bit, it looks stunning with the pattern. However, mono is beautiful as well. Get whichever makes your heart sing.

May 1. Inside ribbon on seam will say LV, thicker trims and drawstrings and inside zipper pull on pouch engraved

As the previous poster mentioned, the cracking issue was fixed, so no worries in that regard on the DE one.
If you’re someone who would be worried about the water stains on the vaccheta, then you can go for DE. If you don’t mind taking a vaccheta bag out in the rain, you can go for mono.
In general, you can’t go wrong with either. I have and use both, but appreciating DE, I prefer the mono one just because it’s my favorite print.

I have both, they have been my workhorse. I have the Mono since 2009, and DE since 2015 - both still in great condition. If I have to choose one, I'd say the DE just because the vachetta gets dirty/discolored so fast/easily depending on your daily usage. I had the vachetta replaced on my Mono last year, and now it looks brand new.:biggrin:

get the mono, i brought the DE years ago and now I wish I brought the mono because in later years when you look back at it you’ll see how nice & aged it’s become. My DE literally looks brand new so you can’t tell how loved it’s been but a Mono with the vachetta would’ve looked so nice and worn years later sigh. I’m trying to convince myself to save up for the mono again now.
