Gris Meyer
Craie

Any opinions are greatly appreciated! My only other Hermes bag is the Birkin 25 retourne with ghw.

Agree with this. which one would depend on your wardrobe, your aesthetic preferences, and the color of your 25B

ETA: I refused a Gris meyer padded 25K recently bc it was much lighter IRL. much lighter than your pic. I wanted a richer gray. . . If it had been the shade of your stock photo above, I would have accepted it. So your opinion might change when you see it IRL

differently so if you have that option this should help you narrow your choices
