I got my first YG Cartier love bracelet from my boyfriend for Christmas :-) I am so pleased with it but I have been saving for a watch and now I don’t know what to buy! I already have enough for a yg/oystersteel Rolex but my dream would be to have a thin WG pave love bracelet stacked with my YG and a steel diamond Audemars Piguet on my watch wrist.

Do I save a little more for the AP? Will it look odd with just the YG bracelet while I wait for the WG pave?

I also think keep going towards your dream one! I wear two tone but don’t think a steel watch on one hand and YG love on the other looks weird. You can always tie in the WG with the rings you wear until you get the WG love.

I agree definitely wait and save for the AP. I absolutely love AP watches they’re my favorite look (I don’t have one) but lately I have come to my senses and realized I would rather wait and save to have something big on my dream/wishlist than settle for something just to have it “right now” if that makes sense. For example, I am slowly going through my bag collection getting rid of bags that I don’t find suit me anymore. I’d rather sell 4 or so trendy bags to buy a classic piece I’ll love forever. I’m also reevaluating if it’s even worth it anymore to buy Chanel considering their often price increases that make them too close to Hermes. I’ve realized I’d rather build a relationship with Hermes and save a little bit more for a Constance or Birkin that holds their value greater. Quality over quantity. Wait and save for the AP and WG pave that would look AMAZING! It’ll be worth it.

Thanks loves, I think I have decided I will wait for the AP. My brother suggested to me to get the Rolex and sell it on as they do hold value pretty well but I’m not in a rush, especially with the current climate and no where to go right now all I’m wearing is my Apple Watch!

In contrast AP does not care about its customers. I do have a few AP watches which I adore (luckywise no ugly Royal Oak, please excuse my personal taste) but how AP behaves in various ways its just a shame.

Cannot comment on Rolex but their quality is excellent - would say the best worldwide. AP quality is way subpar throughout their range (unfortunately I know what I am talking about) ... but their design of some watches is just exceptional.
