Find similar Dana Rebecca huggies

These are discontinued and Im trying to find something very similar ideally in white gold. This particular style is called Jennifer Yamina huggies.
They are on the smaller size which is what I like-measuring around 10mm in length and 3mm in width.

Any similar styles out there?
