The disappointment after waiting so long must be really upsetting, along with the hassle you now have sorting it out. Hope it goes smoothly for you and the seller is reasonable about your return. It would have been good to know what it was in case it goes back on evil bay. We should have a name and shame thread for sellers who do this. It spoils it for the rest of us who tell the truth.

Oh I'm sorry. I had this experience & it's horrid, very stressful. However ebay was on my side & I got a refund. I think they're on the buyers side generally so good luck

Oh no I'm so sorry. I had this with evilbay. I bought a bag that was so dirty and with ripped lining I couldn't even clean it to use. Glad it was not a Mulberry.

I too would like to be nosy and see the pics out of curiosity and also the link. We could all learn from this.

Cocopops these things are so disappointing. It's happened to me too, such a let down after waiting and hoping for something to arrive and then it's nothing like the description.
