Finally got my Besace!

My clips don't open either. Here's a pic of how they came and there's no way they're coming apart ever .

^ mine are the same as yours I have never seen the clips done the other way...hmm can u take it to a boutique and see what they say?

I'd be curious to see what the boutique has to say. If your clips were so easily loosened I'm wondering if they need to be replaced. Mine feel like they're in a fixed position and they aren't moving.

Thumbs up to you though for being innovative enough to try and find another solution. Plz post what YSL has to say after you visit them!
