Yay, I finally found the vintage Gucci small suitcase I want to make my Gucci end table with. It's from the eighties and is BRAND NEW! Not a scratch. And got it at a pretty good price. I've been wanting to make a Gucci table for a couple of years now. (you know that, PT) Kind of like this LV table but I will have the tempered glass on top. And here's the one I bought. I'm excited! Oh boy, now that I have the briefcase there is NO WAY I am drilling holes in the bottom to attach to a piece of wood. It is just too perfect and is immaculate. Can't even tell it's vintage. Gucci tag still attached. Well, going to get a frame made that it can sit in so complete project will take longer than expected. But, expect it soon!! Thanks for everyone's interest and encouragement!! Expect pics soon!! FYI: the glass for the top of the table is costing almost as much as the briefcase itself. And the table itself fits in nowhere in my morroccan/islamic decored house, but OH WELL!!! Not caring!! :D My love for Gucci supersedes practicality!! haha Always has!!!http://forum.purseblog.com//www.pinterest.com/pin/create/extension/

I LOVE vintage luggage as an interior design element, so I'm excited to see how your project turns out, I have no doubt it'll be gorgeous ;)
