update: i've now filed a complaint and feel a little better in regards to the situation. they were very apologetic and i hope that something can be done in regards to the sa's behavior!

Don't worry...they are very good. My SA is Kate and she's fabulous.

i agree that kate's a good sa, as she is very nice and accomodating! the only problem that i have with her is that she is unknowledgable about the product and gets confused easily!

I have to agree how nice Kate is, and I liked the former manager who was there at Holt Renfrew. The former manager who's no longer there ( ) made me feel so good, and made my first LV experience so much fun and at ease. I had Kate when I went back to Holt Renfrew to buy my purse. Because when I first went there, I went on my lunch break. And by the time I came back there, that LV counter at Holt Renfrew was so busy! And Kate made sure my purse said 'made in France'. And wrapped up my purchase right in front of me. So I had no problems with LV counter at Holt Renfrew. I want to go there again, and I hope to deal with Kevin - he sounds knowledgeable.
